Are you a college student looking to learn more about the Chattanooga community, develop your networking skills, and meet other professionals in the area? Plugdin is a program designed to help retain college students in the Chattanooga area by introducing them to local professionals and executives. In partnership with area universities and businesses, the Young Professionals Association of Chattanooga organizes various networking opportunities and site visits for the area’s college students. Plugdin also gives these participants access to YPAC's networking and professional development programming.
Plugdin site visits provide an opportunity for students to visit different businesses, witness their day-to-day operations, talk with the leaders of these organizations, and simply build their networks outside of the classroom setting. This program is designed to help students see and feel what it is like to be a part of a business community and develop a better understanding of life after graduation. Students are encouraged to utilize their networking skills and begin to build relationships with the businesses and professionals involved in Plugdin.
